This notice covers candidates, recruiters, freelancers and visitors using JOBRECU AI. It explains our platform practices. Employers, clients and external job portals have their own notices when you share information with them. Questions about the operator or a privacy request can be sent to [email protected].

Account information includes your name, verified email, phone number and profile details you supply. Career information may include your CV, skills, experience, education, portfolio, preferences, applications, proposals and messages. Recruiters may provide company details and recruitment records.

Service infrastructure processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser/device information, request times and security events. Account security emails may include a public IP, browser-reported device family and approximate IP-based city, region and country when available. These observations may be incomplete or reflect a VPN or proxy; they do not establish your identity or exact location.

A normal website cannot read your device MAC address. We do not claim to identify your telecom carrier, exact phone model, district or precise physical location from an IP address. Do not include passwords, OTPs, payment card numbers or unnecessary identity documents in support messages.

We process information to create and secure accounts, provide tools you request, organize recruiting or freelance workflows, deliver service emails, respond to support and complaints, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. The lawful basis depends on the activity and applicable law, including consent, contractual necessity and other permitted grounds.

Optional marketing is separate from essential account messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing without losing essential security notifications. We do not sell your personal information.

We share application or profile information with employers or clients when you direct a supported workflow or choose to publish/share that information. Review visibility and recipients before submitting. Employers are responsible for their own subsequent processing.

Our infrastructure uses service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, email, AI and payments. These include Vercel, Supabase, Resend and configured AI/payment providers where the relevant feature is used. Information supplied to an AI tool may be sent to its configured provider to fulfil your request. Avoid submitting unrelated sensitive data. An external portal or social-login provider handles your information under its own terms.

Processing may take place outside your country. Applicable transfer safeguards and legal requirements must be considered for the processing concerned. We may disclose information when lawfully required or to address fraud and security incidents.

We retain information for the purposes described here and applicable legal, dispute and security needs. Retention varies by record type. You can request access, correction, account deletion and information about retention at [email protected]. Deletion may be subject to identity verification and lawful retention requirements; copies already received by an employer or external portal are controlled by that recipient. We will explain any applicable exceptions.

Depending on the applicable law, you may request access to information, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent and other available rights. You may also raise a complaint with the competent authority. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and can affect a feature that depends on consent.

UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related rules are relevant where applicable, with obligations subject to their scope and commencement. This notice does not limit mandatory rights under either jurisdiction. We verify requests proportionately and do not ask you to email your password.

Authentication and preference storage help keep you signed in and remember choices such as theme. Infrastructure may use security-related cookies. Protect your device and social-login accounts, use a unique password and review unexpected security emails. No system can guarantee absolute security. If an incident affects your information, notifications will follow applicable legal requirements.

JOBRECU AI is intended for adults aged 18 and above. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. We update this page as our practices change and provide further notice or seek consent where required for material changes.
